5 ways to experience #CeridianINSIGHTS through social media

INSIGHTS 2016 2

By Cali Yakaback, Social Media Marketing Manager, Ceridian

Each year Ceridian hosts INSIGHTS, our annual customer forum packed full of networking and training opportunities. This year’s event will be the biggest and best yet featuring over 160 educational sessions, product demos, 30 customer speakers and 2,000 attending HCM professionals!

There are plenty of ways to experience INSIGHTS, which will run from July 11 to 15 in sunny (not to mention, HOT) Las Vegas. Each attendee and session is an opportunity to learn more about HCM and talk about it with your peers. It’s tough to talk to 2,000 people though. Luckily, the world of social media offers a great forum for discussion. In fact, there are plenty of ways to use social media to get the most out of INSIGHTS.

Hashtag for charity
By following
@Ceridian on Twitter and the hashtag #CeridianINSIGHTS, you can keep up with everything going on at the event. Anything you need to know, you’ll be able to find using this hashtag including session times, break periods and daily highlights. However, that’s not all the #CeridianINSIGHTS hashtag will do during our annual conference.

In addition to being your guide for all things HCM through the week, the hashtag will also be a charitable tool! Each time you tweet or post on Instagram with the hashtag, Ceridian will donate $1 to the two charities we support, United Way and our very own Ceridian Cares

Tweet from your sessions
Speaking of Twitter, live tweet from your sessions to start conversations and share highlights with your followers. Use Twitter to share insights with others and take notes you can refer back to later on. And since science hasn’t really figured out a way for us to be in two places at once, you can also use the hashtag to get highlights from sessions you missed!

Find us on Facebook & Instagram
Of course we have a
Facebook page too, and that’s where you can find all of the photos we’ll be taking throughout the conference. Like our page and tag yourself in the pics to show your friends all the fun you had in Vegas! Follow @Ceridian on Instagram too!

Connect with other HCM pros
Plenty of attendees, analysts and Ceridian leaders will be active on the #CeridianINSIGHTS hashtag. This is a great opportunity to connect with them. Get into the conversation & stay in touch with these individuals after the event to strengthen and expand your network. Meet a new friend at the Welcome Reception, or at our “O” Customer Appreciation Event? Make sure to send that LinkedIn connection request that evening to stay top-of-mind.

Take a selfie, win $$$
Some cash could come in handy while you’re in Vegas, and $2,000 is a pretty lovable chunk of change. At INSIGHTS you can enter to win a $2,000 MasterCard Gift Card of your own, and it’s as easy as taking a selfie. Stop by the Social Media Lounge in the Partner & Solutions Center and take a picture with our selfie mirror. Then post it to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #CeridianSelfie to enter the contest!

Even if you can’t make it to INSIGHTS, you can certainly still participate in the conference. With social media you can join the 2,000 HCM professionals we expect to attend in-person. You can review daily highlights, network with other HCM professionals and learn more about Ceridian products and solutions by experiencing the event through our hashtag!  Keep an eye on the live stream.
