At the first ever Ceridian Women’s Network (CWN) Summit at our INSIGHTS customer forum, it was all about linking women together and creating a network of support instead of competition.

In corporate speak, the CWN Summit gave women (and men) the chance to share their thoughts on gender diversity hot topics and their impact in today’s workplace. In other words, 200+ women and brave men building relationships, learning, and debating about gender diversity issues. Read more

Turning Boulders into Blessings. Aron Ralston Inspires at #CeridianINSIGHTS

Life is full of boulders. It is packed with obstacles and situations that challenge, frustrate and even scare us. But endurance through life’s adversities helps us realize our inner potential and appreciate what’s most important.

This was the message Aron Ralston – whose story is told in the book, Between a Rock and a Hard Place, and the film, 127 Hours – shared with #CeridianINSIGHTS attendees during the conference’s closing session. Ralston told a riveting tale of survival that inspired attendees to shift how they view life’s challenges – or as he calls them, life’s boulders. Read more

Girls Who Code Founder Takes the Stage at #CeridianINSIGHTS

Reshma INSIGHTSKicking off the final day of #CeridianINSIGHTS, Ceridian entertained conference attendees with a Las Vegas-style performance of Prince’s Let’s Go Crazy that brought the crowd to its feet. This performance was the start of an energizing opening session that included nuggets of wisdom from Girls Who Code founder and CEO Reshma Saujani, along with the presentation of Ceridian’s XOXO customer awards.
