At the 2016 HR Technology Conference and Expo, Stacey Harris of Sierra-Cedar unveiled the results of the survey-based study and shared a peek into the annual flagship 2016-2017 HR Systems Survey report. The 19th annual edition analyzed survey data from “1,528 unique organizations representing a total workforce of 20.6 million employees and contingent workers” making it “the longest running, most widely distributed, and most highly participative research effort in the HR industry.”

For the first time in the history of the report, the survey asked respondents to rate their satisfaction with the providers and the user experience of Workforce Management applications. Our Dayforce solution ranked #1 in both categories.
